The Application Steps

This is your opportunity to tour the Apartment/House.  Please bring everyone who are planning on renting the Apartment/House, to determine if this place will fit your needs.

Every adult who is 18 years or older are required to complete a rental application.

If you are approved, you will be receiving a call, stating what day and time you will be signing the rental agreement.  If you are denied, you will be receiving a letter in the mail stating the reason for denial.

Every adult will need to sign the lease agreement at the time of move in.  If there are minors that will be residing inside the apartment,, they will also need to be added to the rental agreement as an additional tenant, but they are not required to sign the rental agreement.
